Human Resources

The Human Resources Office for the Archdiocese of Las Vegas advances the mission of the Church by supporting the employees who carry out that mission each day. Working collaboratively with parishes, schools, and diocesan departments, Human Resources provides guidance, policies, and services that foster a professional, faith-filled, and supportive work environment.

The office oversees recruitment and hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and professional development. Through these efforts, Human Resources helps ensure that all employees are supported, equipped, and aligned with the values and mission of the Archdiocese of Las Vegas.
