Catherine Thompson

Catherine Thompson has had the privilege of serving the Archdiocese of Las Vegas for 32 years.  First, as an elementary school teacher and later as an Assistant Principal.  In 1998, she was named Principal of St. Francis de Sales and was appointed as Coordinator of Catholic Education and then Superintendent in 2015.  Mrs. Thompson also serves the Archdiocese as the Western Catholic Education Association as Elementary/Secondary Commissioner.  Catherine is a WCEA Board Member and has chaired the Elementary Commission in recent years.  She holds a master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
